We have on online Credit Card system to accept payments. Once the photos have been reviewed and approved we will send an electronic invoice. Once we receive payment will will send the high resolution images to you.

Once payment is received we will upload the images to our Dropbox account for you to download.

Sure. We can deliver the images in a number of different formats. Just let us know up front of your requirements and we will send the images in your desired format.

We will pack up the product(s) in the same packaging that you sent to us. It is important to pack the products carefully and include a prepaid return label. In some cases it may not make sense to send the products back for a number of reasons. We will discuss this in the consultation call and decide on how to proceed.
